I have been using Glucosamine Sulphate from Ultimate-Nutrition for over 15 years.

After my first knee arthroscopy, 15years ago, I started taking this particular brand, I was recommended this brand by the Arthritis Society UK.Over the years I have stopped taking it twice, once when I tried a cheaper version and again when I thought I did not need it anymore. All I can say is that each time, after about a month my knee would be so painful again and so this is now an essential purchase out of my pension. Highly recommended.
