These Terms and Conditions explain the basis on which we supply products through our website, by telephone and by mail order.

2. Placing an Order
Customers may place orders through our website or by telephone.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into a purchase contract.
After receiving an online order, we will normally send an order acknowledgement to the email address provided.
An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
We reserve the right to decline an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, an obvious pricing error has occurred or we are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cannot accept an order for which payment has already been taken, we will arrange a full refund.

Full payment is required before an order is processed or dispatched.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice. However, price changes will not affect orders already accepted, except where permitted by law.
4. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
We make reasonable efforts to keep our website stock information accurate, but occasionally an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed.
If this happens, we will contact you to discuss an alternative, an appropriate delivery arrangement or a refund.
We will not substitute products without your agreement.
5. Delivery and Shipping
We deliver using established postal and courier services, including Royal Mail and other delivery providers as appropriate.
Delivery options, charges and any applicable restrictions are shown during checkout or explained when ordering by telephone.
We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly once payment has been received.
Any delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed delivery service has expressly been agreed.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made.
If delivery is delayed or a parcel appears to have been lost, please contact us so that we can investigate.
Responsibility for goods normally passes to the customer when the customer, or a person nominated by them other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
6. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Customers purchasing online, by telephone or by mail order normally have a statutory right to cancel eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving their goods.
Certain sealed products may be exempt from cancellation rights once unsealed after delivery, where the applicable health protection or hygiene exception applies.

7. Special Offers and Promotional Discounts
From time to time, we may offer discounts, promotional prices, bundles, free gifts and multi-buy offers, including 3-for-2 promotions.
Offers are subject to any conditions displayed at the time of purchase.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other discounts.
Where a customer returns part of a promotional purchase, any applicable refund will be calculated fairly by reference to the promotional price actually paid, without limiting statutory refund rights.
Example β 3-for-2 Offer
If three identical products normally cost Β£30 each, and the customer purchases three for the price of two:

Refund for two eligible returned products: Β£40.00
For offers involving differently priced products, refunds will take account of the actual discount applied to the order.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions for future purchases.
