WHAT IS CHOLINE?
Choline is a chemical similar to the B-vitamins, and is often lumped in with them, although it is not (yet) an "official" B-vitamin. Although its entire mechanism of action, particularly how it interacts with other nutrients, is not completely understood, it seems to often work in concert with folate and an amino acid called methionine. Although the human body can make some Choline it is generally recognized that it is important to get dietary choline as well.

In short, inositol is a member of the vitamin B complex and is often referred to as vitamin B8 (although it’s not classed as a vitamin at all).
Inositol benefits your body in a number of ways by transporting fat throughout your body and it also aids the neurons in your central nervous system, making sure everything is running smoothly. Inositol also functions very closely with another popular nutrient, choline, and both have huge health benefits.
