You must contact us first by telephone at 01995 641008 or email at ultimate-nutrition@live.co.uk, with the subject line 'RETURN REQUESTED', stating your full name, address, and the reason for your return.

The item (s) must be in their original packaging, unopened, and without any damage. We recommend that when returning an item, you obtain a Proof of Posting.

If the item was bought on an offer, for example, a 3 for 2, then all three items must be returned; otherwise, a refund or exchange value will be recalculated to take into consideration the item that was originally free of charge. For example, if you paid £30.00 for a 3 for 2 deal and only 2 are returned, their value becomes £10.00 each, so £20.00 would be the total in this instance.

Postage is not refundable unless it was due to an error on our part.
